We are looking to onboard strategic and performance-oriented Team Leaders to lead our direct sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep market knowledge and proven team management experience, driving sales growth through efficient team performance and client engagement.

As a Team Leader, you will supervise a team of direct sales professionals, execute sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives, and personally engage with high-net-worth clients to drive premium property sales.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The role involves leading a dynamic sales team and driving strategic objectives, including:

  • Supervise and guide a team of direct sales professionals to exceed sales targets.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through coaching and mentoring.
  • Implement and align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Engage with clients to drive premium property sales and enhance relationships.
  • Analyze sales performance and generate reports to drive improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and legal compliance in all client interactions.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of direct sales experience in real estate, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and modern sales tools.
  • Goal-driven, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
