Sales Manager – Direct Sales

Job Description:

Sanbro Impetus Pvt. Ltd., established in 2010, is a leading real estate consulting firm offering end-to-end solutions across pre-leased, residential, and commercial properties. We are looking to onboard strategic and performance-oriented Sales Managers to lead our direct sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep market knowledge and proven experience in consultative selling, driving sales growth through efficient team performance and client engagement.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for executing the complete sales process, from prospecting to closure, while contributing to overall revenue growth through proactive client interaction and strategic lead management.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The role involves managing the full sales cycle and driving strategic objectives, including:

  • Execute the complete direct sales process for assigned real estate projects, including lead conversion, property presentations, site visits, and final negotiations.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their investment or residential needs and recommend suitable real estate options.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of project offerings, pricing, inventory, and competitive market dynamics to position properties effectively.
  • Leverage CRM tools for accurate lead tracking, pipeline management, and client follow-ups.
  • Meet or exceed defined sales targets through proactive engagement and high-quality client interactions.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in direct sales; prior experience in real estate (Preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and modern sales tools.
  • Goal-driven, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
